DESCRIPTION:  \n🎭 Upcoming event : Exhibition “What if I was 20 in the 1900s : Lessines during the Belle Époque” 📅 From the 27th of April 2024 to the 31th of January 2025. \n🌟 About the exhibition : Discover the tumultuous life of Valentine\, a young woman living in Lessines at the start of the 20th century. 🏡👩‍🎓 Go through her troubled childhood\, her struggle for emancipation and discover her commitment to the Hospital Notre-Dame à la Rose. 🏥 \n🤝 Collaborations : This project was realised with the support of : Athénée Royal René Magritte\, Cercle de Généalogie de Lessines\, and other local partners. 📚🛠️ \n👂 Immersion : Narrated tours\, immersive podcasts and more! Discover the history of your city from a new angle. 🎧📖 \n🎉 Special event : A typical folk ball of the 1900s on August the third 2024! 🕺💃 \n📬 Stay informed : Subscribe to our newsletter. 💌 \n🏛️ Office de Tourisme : Expose your family souvenirs in the Tourist Office. We are looking for objets dating from 1880 until 1920. DESCRIPTION:EUROPEAN MUSEUM NIGHT \nSaturday May 17: free nocturne from 6pm to 10pm \n  \nTo mark European museum night\, we’ve put together a program of immersive\, sensitive and creative activities. Join us in building the museum of tomorrow!  \n  \nThe emotional rose \nWhat emotions do you feel in the rooms of our museum? Joy\, serenity\, or rather a chill down your spine\, or even a real sense of unease? Become an active participant in your visit and share your feelings with us by dropping off your origami rose in the various rooms of the museum!   \n  \nMy ideal museum \nWhat if everything were possible? What if the museum of your dreams could become reality? Using words\, stickers or drawings\, share your ideas for enhancing the different areas of the museum. And if you had to give these spaces a name\, what would it be? To stimulate your imagination\, don’t forget to stop by the bar so you don’t get dehydrated!     \n  \nTechno or retro ? \nWhat scenography for tomorrow’s museum? Techno or retro?
