Whether you’re alone, with your partner or with your family, enjoy an extraordinary Valentine’s Day!

Activities for children and adults at the Hopital Notre-Dame à la Rose

This special Valentine’s Day evening offers a Candlelight programme for adults, a Pyjama programme for children aged 6 and over, and a special welcome for younger children aged 2.5 and over.

8.30 p.m. : Pièce de théâtre Est-ce qu’on ne pourrait pas s’aimer un peu ? (Couldn’t we love each other a little?) in French.

Written and performed by Sandrine Hooge, Serge Bodart and Eric de Staercke · Directed by Jaco Van Dormael.

The phrase ‘Couldn’t we love each other a little?’ is the title of a burlesque play by Jaco Van Dormael., directed by himself, which deals with loneliness and the difficulty of connecting with others, even with a desire to love and meet each other. It can also refer to a more general question about the possibility of loving despite relationship difficulties (such as age differences), addressing themes such as differences in life experiences, emotional maturity and sexual desires.
