Do you like our museum and want to support its activities?
This is now possible thanks to the patronage account of the Foundation Roi Baudouin (King Baudouin Foundation) which will allow you to make a donation (tax deductible from 40€) to the ASBL Office de Tourisme de Lessines.
We will make good use of your donations because we want to develop a project ‘Garden of scents’, in the heart of our medicinal herb garden, to accommodate people with sensory and cognitive disabilities, but also of course anyone sensitive to the wonderful smells that nature can offer us.
The idea is to offer them a unique sensory path through a choice of fragrant plants arranged like a garden of medieval inspiration.
We therefore chose to make a wattle fence made out of living willow and place a fountain in the middle. Plants will be at hand (and nose). Access will be particularly careful so that people with reduced mobility can also enjoy it.
You are free to give the amount you want but know that:
- For donations starting at €40 (BRONZE) we offer you free entrance at the museum for one year*, upon presentation of the thank you email you will receive from the King Baudouin Foundation. This gratuity is granted to one person and concerns permanent collections and not exceptional activities. (Your donation is also tax deductible).
- For donations starting at €60 (SILVER) we offer you free entrance at the museum for 2 people for one year* and this upon presentation of the thank you email you will receive from the King Baudouin Foundation. This gratuity concerns permanent collections and not exceptional activities.
- For donations starting at €80 (GOLD), we offer free entrance to the museum for you and for people living under your roof (max 4) for one year* and this upon presentation of the thank you email you will receive from the King Baudouin Foundation. This gratuity concerns permanent collections and not exceptional activities. We also offer a Hôpital Notre-Dame à la Rose gift to collect at the museum’s reception desk.
